Joe Mihalic (born November 8, 1926) is an American former professional stock car racing driver who has previously competed in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, where he earned two top-ten finishes with a best finish of seventh at Bristol Motor Speedway in 1974.

Mihalic also competed in the National Dirt Racing Association.[1]
