Stavros Arnaoutakis (Greek: Σταύρος Αρναουτάκης; born 25 May 1956) is a Greek politician and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) between 2004 and 2009. He also served as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament and Deputy Minister for the Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping from 2009 to 2010.
He is the first elected regional governor of Crete, having successfully contested the 2010, 2014, 2019 and 2023 regional elections.
